well how to set up pn so the make,run,clean command work

sorry if that sounded insulting but the wiki ahs 3 pages top okay and i have been searching the net for the last 3 days for a decent tutorial but have yet to find one okay.

I just did that but now it gives me this when i use make in pn it says that the system file isn't found.What do I do?

All the ones I have found are either outdated,not informative enough,or arssume you now about programming.
Please help me also the devkitPro wiki is crap.

I have everything in the right place but when I hit make i get this I am new to "make" so if this is a noob question sorry in advance.
