libnds 1.5.1 and default arm7 0.5.21 are now available through the windows installer as usual and from the getting started page on the wiki.

libnds 1.5.1

• fix glDeleteTextures deallocation bug.
• tabs now align to 4 characters, not just move by 4 spaces.
• more flash chips recognised by eeprom code.

default arm7 0.5.21

• recompiled with latest libnds.

nds examples 20110703

• updated for changes in latest libnds.
• some examples now exit to menu when start pressed, eventually we'll add exit feature to all examples.
