just released - libnds 1.5.4, default arm7 0.5.23

libnds 1.5.4 and default arm7 0.5.23 are now available through the windows installer as usual and from the getting started page on the wiki.

libnds 1.5.4

• CARD_SPI_ENABLE define added.
• ledBlink function available to arm7 code.
• extra texture palette functions from DiscoStew - https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=d ... tid=668553
• prevent console output before init.

default arm7 0.5.22

• recompiled with latest libnds.
• now sets power LED to solid
