devkitPPC release 25-1 and libogc 1.8.9

The binaries for devkitPPC release 25 and libogc 1.8.9 are now available. As usual the windows binaries are available through the Automated Installer/Updater, for other platforms check the devkitPPC getting started page on the wiki.

devkitPPC release 25-1

• updated to gcc 4.6.2.
• updated binutils to 2.22.
• updated newlib to 1.20.0.
• updated gdb to 7.4.

libogc 1.8.9

• added usbgecko flash read/write.
• Fix copies to texture targetting GX_TF_IA8 format.
• Support the new Wiimote (RVL-CNT-01-TR).
• skip WC24 stuff if it's not enabled.

Hi,
Thanks for this new release but it seems devkitPPC r25 does not include gcc 4.6.2 (did not check other components), files are still dated to 4/7/11 (r24 release date) and powerpc eabi is still using 4.6.1.

I guess there was an error during the uploading/packaging of the new release

Just the windows one, looks like the other platforms got packaged fine, I'll repackage the windows one in a bit.
