Palib-Newest Version

I Keep getting some compile errors when I use palib. I am using devkitarm r24 and libnds 1.3.1 I can
give the output.

It's probably worth noting that there's talk of rewriting PAlib in order to get back to being compatible with devkitARM/libnds. Personally I'd recommend working with libnds & asking questions here as you go.
