I am having this problem with the 1.6.0 installer and the 1.5.3 installer. Please help.

can you open a cmd shell - use [windows key] + r, type cmd into the box that pops up & press OK.

In the shell that opens type

echo %PATH% > path.txt

Let me know the size of the file path.txt
