devkitPro toolchain install issues on Windows 11 using graphical installer v3.0.3

Parameters of my setup:
- I am using Windows 11 Home version 23H2, OS build 22631.3447.
- I have never installed devKitPro on this machine.

Following the instructions at wiki/Getting_Started, I:
- Downloaded the latest version of the graphical installer (v3.0.3 Github release).
- Ran the graphical installer with all default settings.

During the installation, an error message popped up:

"pacman.exe - System Error
The code execution cannot proceed because msys-2.0.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

Thinking that this "error" may be expected during installation, I tried to follow the next steps:
- I went to the Start Menu folder "devKitPro" and launched MSys2.

This resulted in yet another error message:

I'm trying to install msys2 with devkitPro installer but when I open the msys2 this error appear:

devkitpro error /usr/bin/bash: exit 126.
failed to run '/usr/bin/bash': no such file or directory

I already tried a lot of things, but every tutorial is soo confusing.
Can someone help?

I have been trying to install devkitpro but every time msys-2.0.dll is missing, I even removed all firewalls and protections but nothing seems to change, am I doing something wrong? I also get a wall of "error: duplicated database entry" at the end

Apologies for the inconvenience. The most recent msys2 bundle update went a little wrong but has now been fixed. Delete your devkitpro folder and msys-2.10.0.1.7z if it still exists then run the installer again.

I remember I had same problem and the guilty was antivirus that saw bash as an infected executable.
Try temporary disable it during installation and run bash.
