Nyko Wing Classic Controller Compatibility

For a while I've been asking around and trying to have the Wing supported in libogc. I understand that nobody really wants to hear my "wish list" or take a request, but I'm just proposing that someone will submit a patch to include the Wing in the next version. I've also heard that the wireless Nunchuk doesn't work either.

I'd really appreciate it if you could add this controller to the next libogc, and if you need any contributions from me, just let me know.

I would also like to see support added. I have a Nyko Wing classic controller but unfortunately I can't use it with any of the homebrew emulators.

It's rather difficult to provide support for accessories the maintainers don't own. What would help in this regard is either making donations towards the purchase of such equipment or providing it directly to one of the maintainers.

From reading around various forums, this appears to occurs with all third party classic controllers wired or wireless. The issue seems to be in the classic controller handshake code libogc - classic.c. Are there any developers with write access to the CVS that is willing to commit a fix? I'll ship you a new wireless classic controller, PM me.

We moved to SVN quite some time ago but I've pointed Tantric to this thread. I'm assuming you're US based from your email addy although your board preferences are set for GMT. Shipping from US to Europe is a tad pricey for something like this.
