Nyko Colored Wands are not Compatible

I know theres been issues with the Wing not working but seeing as this is a different input device and from what I could tell its a issue with the IR as all the buttons will still work just not the Cursor(most of the time)...

I tired 3 different models (colors) from different retailers just to make sure. The issue is
- Missing/glitchy Cursor(Dpad and buttons work fine) or loose Sync all together...
either way it makes any of the software unusable , I know as of now it doesnt seem like to much of a big deal that these 3rd party controllers do not work but as these colored ones gain more popularity("Different colored items that all do the same thing"...best selling gimmick out there lol..,thanks apple ) more users will end up being affected by it.
