Just delete link.exe from the msys bin folder, you don't really need it.

Path ordering most likely, the devkitPro installer inserts the msys path at the beginning of the path due to issues we've had on windows with spaces. Visual Studio may insert it's own path at the beginning if it's installed after devkitARM. In some cases VS sets it's own path when compiling.
