arm9/background.c question (1.3.1)

What is "const char* BgUsage" in background.c and for what reason it's here? It seems unused and only taking space in executable. :roll:

Valid question...i was using it assertion code but ended up removing it. It is, as you say, currently serving no function and will be removed.
