networking library like RakNet, ENet or OpenTNL

can networking library like RakNet, ENet or OpenTNL implemented together with libnds/dswifi? Some poeple said that it's better to use networking library than re-think again... I don't know where should I start to learn advanced UDP or Client server programming..
