Stopwatch timers

Are there any timers suitable for high-resolution timing available in libogc, or somewhere else? Can't find anything myself, but I'm looking for something like the stopwatch timers in the revolution sdk.

Okay, eventually found gettick() - I guess this is the way in libogc?
