Short answer:
No-one

Long answer:
No-one will have a copy of the dev kit from over 2 years ago, you will be better off trying to fix the bugs in the old app and re-compiling with the current release of devkitARM as there's been a lot of changes to the way that the code runs on a DS, also your code will not run on a DSi in DSi mode unless you compile it with the latest version of the toolchains.

Please also note that we're on the verge of releasing devitARM r32, no support is provided here for historical releases. The vast majority of old code out there is a simple job to update for the latest tools.
