Rosewill external case with M110E-B2 Chipset

I have a 80GB 2.5" drive inside this particular enclosure:

I used to be able to access the very same drive with a ide2usb adapter from rosewill however that died so i had to buy an external enclosure the problem is I can't seem to be able access this drive on my Wii now I believe the chipset simply isn't supported so i did some research and found this document:

If it's possible, please add support for this chipset.
