We've been kachingled!

Yesterday Zeromus pointed me to a rather interesting web service called Kachingle which looks like it might be a good way to raise some funds for devkitPro. You should hopefully see the Kachinga medallion up there beside the devkitPro logo in the header, assuming you have javascript enabled.

Here's what Kachingle have to say about their service :-

Users who feel that a handful (at the least) of the content they interact with online has monetary value to them personally opt to contribute $5 to Kachingle monthly. They can then “sprinkle” their $5 around the Web to their favorite content providers by clicking on the respective site’s Kachingle medallion (if adopted). At the close of the month, each user’s $5 is divied up proportionately amongst sites they’ve selected.

This seems like a great idea to me and a great way to help support people doing stuff for free on the web. Head over to http://www.kachingle.com/home.php to check it out and let me know what you think.
