libfat 1.0.11 is now available through the windows installer as usual and via the getting started page on the wiki.

Patch from Richard Quirk https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=d ... tid=668553.
Add and expose FAT_getAttr/FAT_setAttr for accessing DOS file attributes.

This shaves off about 20 kb from binaries that use libfat.

Yes ... it doesn't really take much to pull in much more of a library than you expected.
