dev-c++?

how can i get everything to work with dev-c++ i have tried adding all the libraries, bins, and include paths to the program but nothing worked.
does anyone know how to set it up?

Ok, could you explain what you actually did, if you used the installer or installed the devkit by hand?
Did you set the environment variables DEVKITPRO and DEVKITARM to the good directory ?
Also, which "program" are you talking about ?

I can't really help you without these details.
