I'm on Arch.
After finally compiling the gamecube examples, I tried the triangle example on dolphin, but using the soft renderer since my GPU don't support OGL 3. But it stays a black screen

I've just tested all the gamecube examples in Dolphin again & they all appear to be working except the acube demo.

I'm not sure what to suggest other than make sure you're using the latest devkitPPC & libogc releases. Check if this dol works for you as well.
