I am using a HDMI converter(link bellow) for use the NGC in my monitor. The quality of the image is so bad. What do you use ?

Those things are cheap composite upscalers & not really worth the money. Cheapest I've seen recently are the Bitfunx adapters on AliExpress but obviously that ships from China although I ordered one myself recently & it only took a few days to get to UK.There are other adapters to be found on ebay/amazon but usually over 60 and often a lot more - look for Kaico, Retrobit Prism, Carby and GCHD. The GCHD MK II Eon is supposed to be pretty much the best there is but has a price tag to match.
