New Toolchain Ideas?

I have some ideas for new toolchains.
The platforms they can target are:
Nintendo 64 (using mips64-elf-gcc)
Sega Genesis (using m68k-coff-gcc or m68k-elf-gcc)?
Game Boy/Game Boy Color? (Using GBDK)?
Sega Master System/Game Gear/SG-1000 (using sdcc)?

Is it a possibility?

There are only so many hours in the day so it's unlikely that more toolchains will be added without help.

Although it's not quite up to devkitPro standards devkitSMS is a thing though.
