Anyone have a pacman download?

I was just trying to update my stuff earlier in pacman when malwarebytes went "oh, actually this is a virus. yeet" and deleted it. I attempted to reinstall devkitpro, but it didn't put pacman back. After doing some research, I found out that the pacman version included with dkp is modified, so I couldn't just reinstall msys2 and use its pacman. I asked a friend who has linux to try downloading it from the repository, but they got a 403 error because they aren't using the devkitpro pacman. Is there any way I can redownload pacman.exe without having to set up an entire vm just for a single exe?

1. This is a false positive. Again Please report it to Malwarebytes.
2. You can reinstall msys2 and use pacman from there just fine, the only thing we modify is the pacman.conf file. See wiki/devkitPro_pacman#Customising_Exist ... an_Install.
