• Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.

A lot of work has been done to bring devkitPPC newlib more in line with devkitARM & devkitA64 newlib which will ultimately lead to feature parity and easier maintenance of all 3 toolchains.
