These changes are spread through the packages so they're listed here rather than repeated them for each package above

• Alignment has been set per platform in dkp_add_embedded_binary_library for each toolchain
• Tool existence checks have been moved to the wrappers so they're not required if they're not used.
• Fixed dkp_install_assets for multi-file targets.
• Use asm with preprocessor for bin2s
