Request: DevKit'er Needed

First off, if this isn't the right place to post this?
I'm sorry...

I browsed through the various forums and I didn't see anything remotely like my question so here goes...

I'm looking for a DS ROM that would allow me to 'sync' a wireless cam.
Then while staying in range, allow me to access that cam via my DS screen.
It would also be beneficial if I could access multiple cams this way.

I would be more than interested in investing some funds into this? But as this is more for a personal inquiry, for personal use, I wouldn't be willing to spend more than a couple hundred dollars for this functionality. However, if someone was willing to invest their time to making a saleable, commercial product? I would be more than happy to work as a liason with the Private Eye industry. I have relatives in that industry and I think something like this would go over well with the P.I.s doing surveillance work. But I think a package like this would go over very well. *shrugs*
