Unable to access forum from normal IPs

One of the maintainers of the Switch port of DevilutionX is unable to access the forum, he is getting an Error 1006 Access denied devkitpro.org has banned your IP (45.43.97.167).

Also an Italian user (not using VPN) is unable to create an account and is getting this message: “Forbidden. Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network. Please, try again without VPN.”

I don't see anything in current bans that match this IP address. In fact I see accesses to forum from this IP working fine. Is this the right IP address?

This is either CleanTalk or Cloudflare, I don't see anything in CleanTalk logs. Check with https://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check & see if the IP address is blacklisted

The ip is 195.94.154.229, I don't see any issues when checking with that tool.

Looks like this one expired and the person is now able to access the forum again.

The ip is 195.94.154.229, I don't see any issues when checking with that tool.

Looks like the network got blacklisted due to activity from some years ago https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/195.94.154.229 I've reported this as not spam & this user should be whitelisted for 30 days.
