Updates don't work

When I try to update this happens:

What? I thought Pacman was supposed to be the be-all-end-all of devkitPro packaging?

My best guess is that you've followed outdated instructions to install/modify pacman on your system. See wiki/devkitPro_pacman for most up to date instructions.
