COS_bin, SIN_bin and TAN_bin

I'm just curious about how these are generated? ie. just so I understand the concept, what would the code look like to generate these tables? I can't seem to find what fixed point format their using.

Can someone be kind enough to show me what the C++ for creating these tables would look like?
