Makefile Problems...

I was following a tutorial, which gave me a makefile to use. I like the way it's set up, but there's only one problem. I can't find any reference in it to ndstool.exe, and I can't find how it actually links to it. I want to set it up to automatically use a icon.bmp in the same folder as the icon for the file, and I found a work around to have it do this. I don't like the work around though, since it pretty much just makes the .nds file, then runs ndstool again and changes it to have the icon.

how can I do this without either using a completely new makefile or running the ndstool twice? Or this perfectly fine until I need to fix it to compile with the arm7 file as well?

There IS a reference to ndstool.exe, in this line:

thats the part that he modified.

the 'real' ndstool line is in the ds_rules file, which is included in the beginning. if you look there you can see what to define for getting icon and author and stuff.
