Is there a standalone download for devkitppc?

Ive tried to download devkitppc 5 times from the website and it keeps telling me that my internet connection has timed out or not permitted...

Is there a standalone download for devkitppc? So that I don't need to use the internet.

My internet is up and working.

I can't figure out why It won't download...

yea, that happens with me too sometimes.

you can download the files it can't download itself from sourceforge. if you put those files in the same directory as the installer, then the installer will use those instead of trying to download them itself.
