im not going to steal them. i got to redo the gfx and it is rock stars game but i still never said that the game would be named as grand theft auto san andreas. im not going to get sued by them. also this could be personal or public i still havent decided (even though i did put that in my steps). and finnaly the entire game isnt going to be grand theft auto san andreas original game its going to have unique things to it sooo......... i dnt think ill get sued. also in my country i doubt im gonna get sued or any other consequences.

I recommend skipping to 5 and making a ds game where skulls fly around the screen and you tap them to blow up. Then you can proceed to the other steps.

Who cares. Are you a lawyer? I'm not a lawyer so I will make assertions with equally valid weight:

1. It is not illegal to steal another game's graphics (though it may be to use them for purposes X, Y, or Z)
2. It is not illegal to create a game that is a ripoff of another company's game. Define ripoff carefully.
3. You don't need rockstar's permission to futz around with your fun little fan-game. Fan-games that get c&d and immediately fold are all drama queens and live for the publicity. Their dreams are crushed when they find out that the studios they revere are in the grips of their own vicious legal departments and don't care about the fans.
4. You won't get sued by them anyway, you'll just get a c&d, and that only if you wallow about in public and make press releases and employ rabid fanboys to troll the web on your behalf. And that only if you make something that actually gets anyone's attention, which is exceedingly unlikely in this case.

Well... to be honest, I would prefer that you create something new & original, instead of GTA with something else's graphics. The current offerings in the h/b scene are primarily emulators and/or ports of other stuff into the DS/Wii; I myself am guilty of a few of those. So, if you ask me, I would prefer if you do something else than a copy of something that already exists. (Redundancy, anyone? )

i was thinking about something like this. sinse ive seen wintendows ive been thinking either make that better or make a new 1 like with win 7 but mine will have atleast a few more games and maybe the ability to boot games from the os itself ive beeen thinking something like that maybe or study up a lil bit more and see what can i come up with. i still need some tuts for it could some1 kind enough link me to a dang page in which i can learn crap????lol

FYI i wanna make a loader cuz my r4i suck at loading games so i wanna make a seperate loader lol thats why i wanna make 1. Im an unfortunate owner of the r4i with the mario on front of the box. It works great on my media files and also in the homebrews but not so well on booting games and playing them. So.... im gonna start with my research and then after i make the loader im gonna start on simple games then keep moving up until i make the gta.
