Working Build Script for devkitARM, download fail

Hello,

currently I am searching for a working build script for the devkitARM (build from scratch). I didn't find any script which uses working URLs for downloading the files from sourceforge. I tried manually downloading the files, but I can't find libgba-src-20081210.tar.bz2 in the released files. This file is used by the last svn tagged version buildscripts-20101025. Can someone tell me what is the last working stable version?
