devkitProUpdater Install Fails due to 404 error

I am completely new to devkitPro. I am here to look into DS game development with c++. However, when trying to use the updater to install devkitPro, I get this 404 error:

File Not Found (404)
pspsdk-doc-20051113.tar.bz2 could not be downloaded at this time.

I would like to use devkitPro, but I can't install it because of this. Any help?

You do not need to install pspsdk for ds development. Devkitarm libnds and the examples are all you need.
