Installation Problem

Ok, Don't really think this is a bug, but when installing I got as far as the libgba below and the install just seems to freeze. Anyone have thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

This happens with both the devkitProUpdater-1.4.7.exe and the devkitProUpdater-1.4.9.exe updaters.

Well, now I am confused. It installed perfectly on my notebook computer. Nothing overly special about my desktop.

delete the libgba archive & let it download again. Occasionally the archive download doesn't complete properly and the installer doesn't detect an error.
