devkitARM release 39 and libnds 1.5.7

New binaries for devkitARM release 39 and libnds 1.5.7 are now available through the Automated Installer/Updater if you're on windows, for other platforms check the devkitARM getting started page on the wiki.

devkitARM release 39

• fix volatiles optimisation problem.
• fix weird problem with OSX Snow Leopard shell.
• add dfu utils from http://dfu-util.gnumonks.org/
• add stilink from https://github.com/WinterMute/stlink/
• sorted packaging issue with arm-eabi/sys-include directory

The latter two tools are requested inclusions for working with various arm development boards. More on those in the future.

libnds 1.5.7

• removed workaround for devkitARM r38 volatiles bug
• additional defines for spi eeprom commands.

could you update also buildscript?
I have a old linux distribution with glibc 2.9, I can't upgrade in this period and binary version doesn't work because require glibc 2.11. I trying to build but buildscripts are old.

I reply to myself, you can download from git repository on sourceforge. I tested and works.
