devkitPPC r16 on OS X

This is my first post, so be gentle

I'm trying to get devkitPPC setup on my Apple iMac G5 (PowerPC CPU) but the download for devkitPPC r16 seems to be for Intel processors only, not the universal binary listed on the sourceforge.net download page. Would it be possible for PowerPC binaries for OS X to be released for r16, or do I need to compile my own distribution?

Sorry, my fault.Looks like I uploaded the wrong archive when I ran the releases, I've added a universal tarball to the releases now.
