There are some files in \man folder, look like some markup language. What Application can display them?

man pages are mostly used on linux, where typing man <mypage> will show the page. I'm not sure if there is a windows program to do that, but you might want to search for 'man pages on windows' or something.

but I'm not sure if the man pages are created by the devkitPro team, it could also be from some application that devkitPro uses (like msys).

also, I'm not much of an linux user, so I may be wrong.
