Sorry, right now I don't know anything at all about Xcode, I don't use it for building Cube/Wii code on OSX, I'm rather fond of TextMate.

A cross platform automated installer is planned but hasn't really got anywhere yet so there's just the instructions for manual installation at http://wiki.devkitpro.org/index.php/Get ... /devkitPPC
