Makefile .ISO File

Is it possible to make a Makefile to output any file you want instead of just .DOL & .ELF, If anybody has the time can someone please tell me how to do so. I want to output an .ISO File.Also is it possible to make my own ISO Burn it onto a disc and play it on a MODDED Wii Even though I don't have one.I would really appreciate if someone replies.

These aren't really the kind of questions we need or want here. Using burned discs on a modded Wii is generally done only for the sake of piracy which is something we neither condone nor support.

Generally Wii homebrew is run via the Homebrew Channel found at http://hbc.hackmii.com/. This is simple, straightforward and much cheaper than burning discs.
