libogc: <ogc/lwp_watchdog.h> #includes <lwp_queue.h>

Sorry if this is in the wrong board, I didn't know whether to put it in bug reports or libogc.

The (minor) bug is as in the subject. The ogc folder isn't on the include path, so it should probably be referred to as <ogc/lwp_queue.h> or "lwp_queue.h" in lwp_watchdog.h.

There are probably other instances like this, but this is the only one I've had to change locally.
