IOS_ReloadIOS(21) failed

Hi guys
I'm having problem with IOS_ReloadIOS(21); since libogc 1.8.4
It appears that increasing the value of MAX_IPC_RETRIES from 200 to 400 (in ios.c) solves my problem.
Could it be possible to modify libogc accordingly ?
Please let me know.
