Tutorial on compiling nes rom to nds file

Is there a tutorial for compiling a nes, snes and sega rom to an nds file?

What you wan't is an emulator,

the closest one to your needs is:
nesterds

it allows you to create a .nds file with your NES game inside it.
it should be fairly self explanitory.

I have not used the following so figure them out for yourself...
For SNES you should use
SNEmulDS

for sega games, you didn't actually say the console.
