Cannot open dir

Whenever I run make I get this error. If I run "make cia" then it runs without a problem. It seems to be a problem with making 3dsx files. Im on Kubuntu 19.10. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Our 3DS template can be found in your installation at /opt/devkitpro/examples/3ds/templates/application. We don't currently support CIA building or use of random templates you found on the internet.
